The Mercians are a five-piece indie band from the Midlands who put everyday struggles at the heart of their songwriting. Their music gives frustration, uncertainty and hope room to exist together, turning personal experiences into songs that invite connection. There’s a straightforward appeal to their approach: life can be messy, and sometimes hearing someone else put it into words makes all the difference.
